At ScentHour, we take pride in delivering premium products designed to elevate your driving experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used diffusers

  • Opened fragrance refills

  • Items not in original condition

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

If a product seal has been broken, it cannot be returned.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

ScentHour reserves the right to assess all claims before approval.


4. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ScentHour is not responsible for items lost in return transit.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
