At ScentHour, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Timeframes

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

If free shipping is offered, it will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of change-of-mind returns.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.


6. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

ScentHour is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Parcels delivered to the correct address but lost or stolen thereafter

  • Delivery delays caused by Australia Post

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been marked as delivered by Australia Post.


7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed:

  1. Check the tracking information provided

  2. Contact Australia Post directly for updates

  3. If unresolved, contact us for assistance

We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for courier delays once the item has been dispatched.


8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the damage

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


9. Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected or applied by the courier:

  • The parcel may be left unattended at the delivery address

  • ScentHour is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery confirmation
